- Hair in tight secure high bun, wear class ballet outfit, ballet slippers, tights. If hair is too short for Ballet Bun, please talk to Ms. Emily about your options.

At Auditorium: Sunday, May 7th (10am-2pm) and Saturday May 20th (10am-2pm)

- Hair in tight secure high bun, wear class ballet outfit, clean or new ballet slippers, clean or new tights. Wear Show t-shirt over Ballet outfit. NO underwear, jewelry, tattoos or nail polish!
Performance At Auditorium -Saturday, May 27th. (2pm-6pm) and Sunday May 28th (2pm-6pm)
-ALL performers must be show ready upon arrival! Hair, Makeup, bring water. Wear Show t-shirt and Ballet tights under Black leggings. Please put dancer’s name on bag and ALL items, clothes, Ballet shoes, water bottle, etc. Bring healthy snack.
-ALL STUDENTS-no jewelry and no nail polish, and no temporary tattoos. NO underwear!
Missed Rehearsals and Makeups:
Students are allowed 3 excused absences. Any after that will have a fee of $50. Students are NOT allowed to miss ANY Dress rehearsals either at the Studio of at the Auditorium. If a student misses a dress rehearsal they are automatically terminated from the Performance. There are no makeups for rehearsals. No refunds.
Show T-shirt
All students will receive a show t-shirt, this is part of your show fee. Extra t-shirts for family members are $20 for kids and $25 for Adults. You may order your t-shirt at the Studio.
Ticket Policy
Tickets are available for purchase May 1st. These tickets can be purchased online only. The auditorium has reserved seating. Tickets will be $20-$35 presale and $35 at the door. Children ages 3 and younger are free and will not need a seat/ticket. Tickets online can be found at www.CollenetteDance.net
Video and Photography Policy
I am hiring a professional Photographer and Videographer. There will be a Digital Copy/DVD of the show made. All students get 1 free download of the performance. Additional DVD copies will be $30 and you may sign up now. Must be paid for in advance. Please know now that you cannot record the performance and you will have your phone confiscated. It is the Collenette School’s policy, as well as Arcadia Performing Art Center that you cannot take video of other children without their parents’ permission. So please tell all your friends and family that they cannot video tape the show! There will be security to enforce this policy. You may NOT take pictures during the show, with or without flash. The flash startles the dancers and can lead to accidents and injuries on stage. My photographer will be taking group and individual pictures before the show as well as live-action shots during the performance. These will be available for purchase after the performances.
Auditorium Drop off and Pick up:
Arcadia Performing Art Center- 188 Campus Drive, Arcadia, CA 91007
Children will be dropped off at the Auditorium down the walkway and up the stairs. You can pick up your dancer at the same door about 10 to 15 min after the show. No child will be allowed to leave on their own. Students must be checked in and checked out.
Directions to Auditorium:
From the Collenette Studio- Take Huntington Drive east. Turn Right onto W Huntington Drive and Right onto El Monte Ave. Parking is on the Left side. The Auditorium entrance is down the alley, up the stairs on the Left.
As a condition of enrollment at the Collenette School of Dancing, students and their parents or guardians agree to abide by all the policies set forth by Collenette School of Dancing, its director, faculty, and staff. Collenette School of Dancing reserves the right to terminate any student’s enrollment at any time for misconduct or inappropriate actions by either the student or his or her family members.
